I am a proud father to three amazing children--Chloé, who works for an attorney in Louisiana, Alex, a 2021 graduate of Jefferson, and Zac, a future 2028 graduate. They are my pride and joy.

As a financial advisor with Edward Jones. I moved to Jefferson and took over the local Edward Jones office in May 2014. I have been heavily involved with community since then, volunteering in multiple organizations and serving as president of Jefferson’s Rotary Club on two occasions over the years.

In 2018, I brought my boys to Jefferson from a 5A school in Louisiana where my daughter graduated high school. It was the best decision I could have made for them. At a school with over 2000 students, it’s not as easy to meet with administrators or teachers. It felt like kids were just a number, and my kids seemed to be lost in the shuffle. Coming to JISD, the boys found their identities-- Alex, being a leader on the football field, and now, Zac is excelling on the drums in band. Both boys have developed relationships with friends that will last a lifetime and with the teachers that have mentored them and continue to be important figures in their lives. I’ve found it easy to interact with teachers and administrators here in Jefferson and truly appreciate our small town way of life.

As a member of the board, I vow to always make decisions, first and foremost, that are in the best interest of the students. Improving the education of our students and making sure they have the tools they need to achieve their unrealized goals is always going to be top priority. I will strive to ensure that we utilize your tax dollars in a way that benefits the children the best way possible to help them to make sound career and academic decision as well as become future leaders.
